Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all LUCIER tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
